DigiLit Staff Development Awards Sumbissions
Below are the submissions for English Martyrs' Catholic School DigiLit Staff Development Awards. Prizewinners will be notified this week!
Physical Education - David NicholsonThe creation of the English Martyrs Physical Education website came about as a result of a need to promote the sporting success and achievements of students. This was recognised through student surveys which highlighted a need to recognise achievements on a more regular basis. The website was built by David Nicholson, however a large input regarding its design and layout was achieved through conversations with the fellow PE teachers. The website has been a big success and now also allows students to keep updated with achievements, upcoming fixtures and access to homework projects and BTEC Sport course info. Parents have also been guided towards looking at it for more information.
